As I mentioned several times over the phone, we could have taken on the shipment for 55,000 HUF, but in order to discuss every detail with you and have your phone number visible, I had to enter this amount. This was the only way I could talk to you about the shipment; unfortunately, this is a new rule here, which has led to exactly such problems. My calls were friendly and supportive, and unfortunately, I was not able to solve the shipment for you in a way that would have suited you, but you spoke to me in an arrogant manner and since you immediately undercut the price, I had no chance to withdraw.

👎 Dear client, if I may say so, there are two sides to every story, and this one is no exception.
The client placed an order for a 500kg J.C.B bucket, which ultimately turned out to be 800 kg. I naturally provided my price quote based on the 500 kg, not the 800 kg. After delivering it on the requested day and even assisting with the unloading, I rightfully requested an additional 15,000 HUF for the excess weight. I delivered the goods at the promised time as agreed. I would like to add that the kind client wanted to send the bucket back with me after believing I had brought the wrong one, of course at my expense. However, it turned out that the manufacturer had supplied the correct item, but the client thought they were smarter and more experienced than the manufacturer.
