The so-called carrier just sent an SMS saying that the truck broke down and he cannot complete the shipment. Naturally, he is not answering the phone; I assume he has blocked my number. 👎 The transport was not completed. Allegedly, the vehicle that was supposed to perform the transport broke down the previous day, and this was communicated to us via email the next afternoon. Eventually, in a rush, a more expensive external carrier was used to solve the transport issue. I have personally been conducting international transport for twenty years, which is why I feel that something is off behind the scenes. My suggestion would be that, just as warranty conditions are stipulated for transportation activities, similar warranty conditions should be requested from carriers wishing to browse the freight exchange, so that the market can operate more responsibly.

👎 Unfortunately, I CANNOT recommend!
Inaccurate, unreliable, and irritable. The customer is not responsible for traffic jams. Instead of arriving at 8-10 hours, he arrived at 11:30. He did not help to load the goods despite his promise.
The shipment arrived at the destination not at 10 PM but at midnight. After unloading, he simply drove away, saying he had to go to Budapest!
The shipment, including a piano, was left on the street all night!!! IN THE RAIN!!!
Without his help, two people naturally could not bring it into the house (about 8 meters, on the pavement)!!!
The damage incurred is at least €1500!!!
