These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "GTC") govern the conditions for using the Fuvarbörze.hu website ("Service"). Please read this GTC carefully before availing of our services. By accepting the terms set forth herein, all Users acknowledge and agree to comply with the rules and conditions.

2. Use of the Service
2.1. User Scope
Transportation companies ("Carrier") and clients ("Client") are entitled to utilize the Service. By registering, Users confirm that they are competent and can enter into legally binding agreements. The purpose of the Service is to create an efficient connection between the players in the transportation market, ensuring quick and simple communication.
2.2. Registration
To use the Service, User registration is required. During registration, Users must provide accurate information. Providing false or inaccurate data may result in the deletion of the registration. The Provider reserves the right to request additional information to verify the User's identity during the data verification process.
2.3. Clients Usage
Using the Service is free of charge for Clients. No fees are charged for ads placed by Clients and transportation offers. This allows Clients to freely search for the best transportation solutions and to directly contact Carriers.
3. Subscription Services
3.1. Carrier Subscription
Carriers can access the full functionality of the platform through weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions. The subscription allows Clients to view offers, make contact, and use other premium features. Subscriptions are processed through the Stripe payment system, but there is an option for advance bank transfer payment for annual subscriptions. The flexibility of subscriptions meets the needs of every Carrier.
3.2. Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the specified period unless canceled by the subscriber before the due date through the Fuvarbörze dashboard. An email notification will be sent regarding the renewal and deduction of the next period's fee. This system ensures that Users can continuously enjoy the uninterrupted operation of the Service.
In the case of automatically renewing subscriptions, the subscription fee will be deducted from the credit card on each due date. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the due date, with no loyalty period. The cancellation and management of subscriptions (e.g., changing payment methods or credit card) can be initiated from the Fuvarbörze dashboard upon login. Upon cancellation, no further charges will occur on the credit card on the next due date, but the User can restart the subscription later with the current subscription fee valid at the moment of restart. In the case of cancellation, we cannot guarantee that the payment amount will be the same upon restart. If cancellation is not made before the due date, the credit card will be automatically charged, and the subscription fee will be deducted, valid until the next due date.
Invoices issued after the service fees charged by Fuvarbörze include 0% VAT due to "tax exemption"!
Fuvarbörze utilizes Stripe.com's automatic renewal credit card subscription service.
The credit card information used for the subscription is not stored, managed, or accessed by Fuvarbörze. The payment process occurs within the secure system provided by Stripe.com.

3.3. Cancellation
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through the Fuvarbörze dashboard, which will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle. Cancellation does not result in refunds for the already paid period. The cancellation process is quick and easy, facilitating decision-making for subscribers.
3.4. Use of the FREE Plan without Subscription
If you wish to send transportation price offers without a subscription by committing to a platform usage fee, you need to activate the FREE Plan! In this case, you only pay when a successful business transaction occurs on the platform. In the FREE Plan, the applicable platform usage fee for van transport (up to 1200 kg), car transport (up to 2500 kg), and moving services is 12% of the net freight rate, and for larger vehicle requirements, i.e., above 1,200 kg cargo weight, it is 6% of the net freight rate. To activate the FREE Plan, you must link a valid credit card to your account! We will automatically charge your credit card the platform usage fee when the Client accepts the freight price offer you sent and an agreement is formed electronically on the platform. If we are unable to charge the linked credit card due to insufficient funds or for other reasons, the Client will not be able to accept your freight price offer. In this case, the process fails, all offers you have sent will be deactivated, the linked credit card will be deleted from the platform, and access to the FREE Plan will be turned off. If this happens, you can reactivate the FREE Plan at any time, re-link the credit card, or set up another card. The FREE Plan can be canceled at any time, and you can deactivate the linked credit card at any time in the dashboard. Important! If you had a prior balance debt on the platform meaning your balance is negative, the linked credit card will be automatically charged the amount of the debt as well. You can check your balance amount in the dashboard. If the execution of the freight agreement formed electronically fails due to Client error and you confirm the case on the Client's profile page with a negative review, we will refund the deducted fee to your balance account. In the case of multiple round offers, the platform usage success fee is multiplied by the number of rounds. For example, after a 10-round, 3000 kg shipment for which a 100 EUR/round offer was received, the success fee calculation is as follows: 10 X 100 EUR / 0.06 = 60 EUR
In the case of 10 rounds at a fee of 1000 EUR/round, a success fee of 600 EUR must be paid. In this case, the effectiveness of the PRO Subscription should be considered. You can change your subscription from the FREE Plan to the PRO Subscription at any time, but we cannot accept later claims if you find the amount charged to your credit card excessive.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Fees and Payment
Subscription fees are periodically determined by the Provider and displayed on the website. All fees are stated in HUF ("Hungarian Forint"), unless otherwise indicated. The Provider reserves the right to modify subscription fees, of which Users will be notified in advance. To ensure transparency of changes, we provide detailed information regarding the reasons and effects of the modifications.
4.2. Invoicing
In case of services availed from the Provider, an invoice will be issued to the User, sent to the email address provided during registration. The invoice will be issued based on the billing details provided by the User in the dashboard. The invoices comply with current legal regulations and include a precise definition of the services availed. Invoices for the service fees contain 0% VAT due to government tax exemption. The invoices are generated not manually, but through our pre-programmed IT system using the Billingo.hu service. If the User provides incorrect billing information resulting in a faulty invoice, a 3,000 HUF administrative service fee will be charged for canceling the invoice and manually issuing a new one.
5. User Obligations
- The User must not use the Service for illegal or unethical purposes.
- The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by them.
- The User is obliged to pay the subscription fees on time.
- The User is not entitled to make the functionalities of the Service accessible to third parties. Compliance with rules helps maintain community trust and uphold the quality of service.
