As an employer, you can create job offers in the Freight Exchange system. These job offers (job advertisements) can be delivered personally to those seeking employment. Creating job offers and job advertisements is free, but personal outreach, meaning sending job offers to the drivers' email addresses, requires a subscription service (Freight Exchange PRO subscription is needed).

- register for free at the Freight Exchange (after registration, you can not only create job offers but also send freight charge quotes to freight forwarding advertisements created by the hiring companies)

- create one or more job advertisements for free here: https://transportercloud.com/en/?link=sofor_job

- the job advertisement will be publicly displayed

- on the Drivers database page, search for drivers who match the advertised job, here: https://transportercloud.com/en/állást-kereső-gépkocsivezetők/

- Select which job advertisement you would like to personally send to the driver's email address
